2. Client Responsibilities & Data Assets

To ensure seamless delivery, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, content, API credentials, hosting configurations, or copy materials required for project completion.

Webitech360 is not responsible for project deployment delays caused by a client’s failure to provide accurate data, timely approvals, or proper technical feedback.

3. Payment Terms, Subscriptions, & Cancellations

Invoicing and Fees: You agree to pay the fees specified for the services ordered or subscribed to on our platform.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable digital service taxes or regional duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause live project milestones, revoke license access, or suspend staging site hosting if scheduled project payments are not cleared within the specified grace period.

Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke resource-allocation nature of custom software development and digital service hours, setup fees and milestone payments are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a signed contract.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All website designs, custom graphics, source code snippets, structural layouts, and branding properties on https://webitech360.com/ belong exclusively to Webitech360.

Client Deliverables: Upon full clearance of all outstanding financial invoices, ownership of the specifically developed source code, custom website layouts, and final digital deliverables will transfer completely to the client, subject to standard open-source framework dependencies or pre-existing third-party software licensing rules.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Software Licenses

Our digital solutions may integrate third-party APIs, plugins, frameworks, or cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, specific CMS plugins).

Webitech360 is not liable for service downtime, cost fluctuations, or structural API updates executed by independent third-party service providers.

You are responsible for maintaining and renewing any direct commercial premium licenses required for your individual platform infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

Webitech360 strives to deliver secure, industry-standard digital products. However, our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted, 100% bug-free performance.
